Commonwealth Eye Care Associates specializes in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic eye complications and retinal diseases. They strive to offer exceptional quality eye care service and to genuinely care for you and your well-being.
Private area - referring physicians have access to information and convenient features that require a user account and login. Referring physicians can request an appointment for their patients via a web form.
Text sizing - web page text size can be increased or decreased by the user, to accommodate persons with vision challenges.
Online patient registration - one of the most complex web forms we have worked on, spanning 8 pages and including over 70 form fields. Data is exported from the site as a CSV file.
Directions - an embedded Google map allows users to get direction to the 2 office locations.
Content management system - allows staff to easily add/edit any desired content and pages, including images, videos, and documents.
Testimonials - the left sidebar features patient and staff testimonials that load one at a time, on a random basis each time a page is viewed.
